This is it what I can do for you:
The ability to build a training program - from a six week training macro to an annual program with all the training phases in place. With goals, weights, circuit training, and peaks, to suit any level of athlete - club, state, or national.
You can be monitored with regular testing, on an ergo bike, using a Power Tap hub. Also available is blood lactate and glycogen analyzing.
There are a number of other tests that I can do - 30 minute power test, lactate curve test (for finding the anaerobic threshold, used for time trialing), aerobic step test (used for finding heart rate zones). |
